The Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning indicator at the same time. It is expected that there will be heavy rains in eastern North China, eastern and southern Huanghuai, Jianghuai, central Jianghan, and central and southern Sichuan Basin from 8 am on July 16 to 8 am on 17th.
Among them, parts of southern Shandong, eastern Henan, northern Anhui, and northwest Jiangsu had heavy rains of 100 to 150 mm. The Meteorological Department also predicts that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will experience a large-scale heavy rainfall from July 16 to 19, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, thunder and lightning, and short-term gale. Among them, the main rainfall period in Beijing is concentrated on the night of the 16th to the night of the 17th.
