Among them, the highest temperature in parts of western Inner Mongolia, Southern Xinjiang Basin, southeastern Hubei, Hunan, central Jiangxi, southern Zhejiang, northwest Fujian and other places is as high as 37~39℃, and in some areas it is above 40℃.

At the same time, heavy rains continued in many provinces and cities.

The Meteorological Observatory issued a yellow rainstorm warning indicator at the same time. It is expected that there will be heavy rains in eastern North China, eastern and southern Huanghuai, Jianghuai, central Jianghan, and central and southern Sichuan Basin from 8 am on July 16 to 8 am on 17th.

Among them, parts of southern Shandong, eastern Henan, northern Anhui, and northwest Jiangsu had heavy rains of 100 to 150 mm. Some areas are accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, the maximum hourly rainfall is 20-50 mm, and some areas may exceed 60 mm. The Meteorological Department also predicts that the Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region will experience a large-scale heavy rainfall from July 16 to 19, accompanied by short-term heavy rainfall, thunder and lightning, and short-term gale.
