UDINE. Today in Friuli Venezia Giulia on 4,135 molecular swabs 364 new infections have been detected with a positive percentage of 8.8%. In addition, 12,597 rapid antigenic tests have been carried out, from which 32 cases (0.25%) were detected. Today there are three deaths: three men aged 75, 79 and 83 years respectively. The first, from Tarvisio, died at the hospital in Udine; the second, from Trieste, to the Trieste university hospital and the third, from Sgonico, who also died at the Trieste hospital. There are 19 people hospitalized in intensive care, while there are 160 patients in other departments. This was announced by the deputy governor of the Region with responsibility for Health Riccardo Riccardi.

The deaths totaled 3,899, with the following territorial subdivision: 867 in Trieste, 2,034 in Udine, 691 in Pordenone and 307 in Gorizia. The totally healed are 113,553, the clinically healed 150, while the people in isolation are 4,593. Since the beginning of the pandemic in Friuli Venezia Giulia, a total of 122,374 people have been positive (the total of positives has been reduced by 3 units following 2 antigenic tests not confirmed by molecular relative to the Udine area and a positive test removed after review of the case , registered outside the region) with the following territorial subdivision: 27,264 in Trieste, 54,632 in Udine, 23,957 in Pordenone, 14,826 in Gorizia and 1,695 from outside the region. With regard to the cases registered within the Regional Health Service in the Friuli Centrale University Health Authority (Asufc), a nurse and a speech therapist were positive. As regards the residences for the elderly, four cases were found among the operators (1 in Zoppola and 3 in Trieste) and no cases among the guests. Finally, there is a case of returning from abroad (Albania).
