Sales tax | Cross-border passenger transport – List of responsible tax offices (BMF)
As of January 1, 2024, the BMF has newly announced the list of responsible tax offices for entrepreneurs who have their residence, registered office or management abroad and who “execute” cross-border passenger transport with buses and coaches that are not registered in the Federal Republic of Germany (BMF, letter dated March 5, 2024 – III C 3 – S 7327/22/10001 :001).
