According to the report of the Meteorological Department, the lowest temperature in the country was recorded in Skardu where the temperature was minus 11 degrees Celsius. Kalam minus 7, Gilgit and Astor minus 6, Chitral, Hunza, Rawalakot, Quetta minus 3, Chakwal minus 2, Islamabad 2, Peshawar and Bannu recorded 3 degrees Celsius.
