In order to implement the zero-clearing policy, many communities “spoofed” negative contacts to go to hotels for isolation, and as a result, they were taken to Fangcang shelter hospitals, unfinished buildings and other places.

Mr. Bai (pseudonym) from Changchun told reporters that the recent epidemic in Evergrande City, Kuancheng District, Changchun City has been serious. There are more than 20 high-rise buildings in Evergrande City, except for one or two buildings, basically every building has Omicron positive infection. Cases are still skyrocketing. All supermarkets and supermarkets near the community were closed, lacking food and vegetables, and property management was chaotic.

According to reports, the cleaning of the community stopped on April 2, and there were piles of garbage in the community. It was not until the 7th that someone came to clean up the garbage at the request of the residents, and took away more than 20 vehicles of domestic garbage at once.

On the evening of April 6, residents opened their windows and shouted for help from the building at night. People asked for food and property services, accusing the community director of inaction and concealing the number of infected people.

The live video showed people knocking on the basin for help one after another, shouting “Save us!” Some people knocked on the basin. And the female owner shouted, “With so many positives (in the community), this secretary is too ineffective. He (she) is useless, regardless of us.”

On the evening of the 7th, the residents’ shouts got some responses. They got free vegetable bags, and Dabai, who delivered the vegetables, also shouted that people should thank the party and the government. On the 8th, the vegetable bag became a fee, and a bag was 50 yuan, and the owners were scolding.

According to a resident of Evergrande City, the neighbors of the newly positive patients were pulled into the car, and because there was no place to place them, they were pulled into the farewell hall of the Chaoyanggou Funeral Home for centralized isolation. On April 9, the Changchun Funeral Service Center suddenly refuted the rumor, saying that during the epidemic, the funeral home was closed for management, and because there were not enough dormitories, “some employees lived in the wake room.”

The community deceived residents to go to the hotel for isolation, but they went to the square cabin and the unfinished building

At present, according to the epidemic prevention regulations in Changchun City, there are more than 5 confirmed cases in a residential building, and the entire building must be taken away for isolation. Due to the large number of confirmed cases, the isolation point in Changchun City is overcrowded, and there have been many cases of isolation personnel who have no place to transfer and resettle and are deceived into Fangcang shelter hospitals.

Ms. Zheng from Changchun told reporters that in the 51st block of Changchun Automobile Factory, the community tricked residents into going downstairs, saying that they were sent to a hotel for isolation, but they were taken to a makeshift hospital, a large empty room, and it was very cold. The child was covered in the cold and cried. There were 30 people in the car, including 5 children. Later, after a night of negotiation, Tianliang found a place to go to the hotel for isolation.

“The people at home couldn’t sleep, and they took so many people away, and the whole car was full of negatives. It felt like it was going to massacre the city. Clearing didn’t treat the common people like that. All the positives were taken away. This is dynamic clearing.” she says.

A video sent by mainland netizens to The Epoch Times shows that a carload of negative close contacts were transferred to a makeshift hospital for isolation, negotiated with the epidemic prevention staff, and asked to go home. There were elderly people in their 70s and children in the car.

Epidemic prevention personnel admitted that this is Changchun City’s overall epidemic prevention and control requirements. “The epidemic is very serious now, and there are no hotels anymore. There is no way. In Changchun’s situation, there are indeed not enough (quarantine) rooms.”

There are also many citizens seeking help on Weibo. For example, the tenants of Port Apartment 1 on Silicon Valley Street said that they had been quarantined at home for more than 20 days. On the afternoon of April 7, they were suddenly notified that there were positive people in the building. The tenants of the entire building were quarantined and sent away in three batches. Only the first batch arrived at the quarantine hotel in Songyuan City, and the other two batches arrived at Changchun Fangcai.

The residents of Huamei Spring City, Kuancheng District, received a property notice at 7:00 a.m. on April 9, and the whole building was transferred negatively, saying that they were transferred to an isolation hotel in the city, and the two people were pulled into a four-square-meter cabin. There were elderly people in their 90s, children over one year old, and pregnant women in the car… They were later placed in the unfinished building in Siping.

Weibo user @Eoizx asked for help with the same problem on the evening of April 9, saying that residents of Linyuan Street in Lvyuan District were sent to a cabin in the direction of FAW, and there were positive patients in it. Residents refused to get out of the car and were pulled to an unfinished residential building.

Netizens said, “It’s been extremely vicious in order to clear the zero! Who is more important to the Wushamao or the lives of the common people?” “It’s too much. Since the zero is cleared, the data must be true, and the health and dignity of others cannot be used to pay! Otherwise, lie down. Be flat!”

Some netizens broke the news that the government set up quarantine points in residential areas. For example, the day-to-day rental of Changchun Marriott Apartment, as well as the New E-era hotel on Weihai Road in the Economic Development Zone, were forcibly accepted by the government as isolation points, but there were still a large number of residents in the building who protested.

Changchun implements the most severe control of severe food shortages

Changchun has been closed since March 11, and the strictest “static management” will be implemented at 0:00 on March 28, and the city’s main urban area will be cleared from April 3-7. However, after April 7, it was not cleared and unblocked as scheduled.

According to reports, it is worth noting that economically, Changchun now basically relies entirely on the government to control supplies, and almost all other channels are blocked; politically, the provincial and municipal Party committees have ordered personnel from government agencies and institutions to provide volunteer services in the communities where they are located. Relevant units have guaranteed each community and established temporary party branches.

Residents were locked up for days, there was a severe shortage of food, and the government food supply was not available. “Some time ago, there was a local vegetable shop owner who secretly got vegetables and meat to sell to nearby residents. It’s hard to believe that they are making a fortune in the country,” he said.

Ms. Yang from Nanguan District, Changchun told reporters that the property map saves money and does not disinfect, and does not even clean up the garbage, and no one cares. There were positive cases in the front and back buildings of her community, the community was completely sealed, the big iron gate was nailed up, nucleic acid tests were done more than 20 times, and suddenly 3 more appeared. Cross-infection, without disinfection, spreads more and more.

Changchun implements a strict quarantine policy. “One of my sisters was working in the property to clean up. The property manager was positive. She didn’t see anyone, so she said it was a close connection and was taken to Yanji for isolation,” she said.

Ms. Yang believes that the epidemic has exposed many problems. “Changchun is very scary. The streets are full of 120 and police cars. All the people’s cars have stopped. It’s really scary to stop running. What do you do if you don’t eat or drink?” She said, “The ‘static state’ epidemic is not under control. The people are under control. There is no way to live, jumping off the building, committing suicide… No one cares.”

“I don’t have anything to eat, and the common people are not allowed to go downstairs. I buy groceries secretly. There is a doctor at home. I can go out a few days ago and buy some high-priced groceries. 4.500 yuan can’t buy anything. Free government vegetable bags, we even Ying’er didn’t look at it.”
