MONTEBELLUNA. Third sentence for the gynecologist from Montebelluna Francesco Accolla, 54, accused by a patient of having been molested during a gynecological examination, on 7 April 2017, at the “San Valentino” hospital: the man allegedly lingered, according to the accusation, in stimulations and “pushed” manipulations that had nothing to do with health care, thus abusing the physical and mental inferiority of the patient who was in a gynecological position. Judge Marco Biagetti this morning sentenced him to one year and 4 months of imprisonment (suspended sentence) at the end of an abbreviated trial.
