The Secretary of Infrastructure of Yopal, Adriana Hernández, announced the action plan that will be implemented for the road recovery of the six paths of the town of Punto Nuevo.
This initiative is materialized thanks to the management carried out with the Government of Casanare, which has provided a motor grader, a vibrocompactor and a tank truck to begin the maintenance of these road corridors. In addition, the Department will provide 30 trips of classified material to improve the sections of the road.
With this intervention, 2,500 families from the Barbillal, San Pascual, Primero de Mayo, El Amparo, Palomas Agua Verde and Punto Nuevo neighborhoods will benefit, who for years have waited for the political will of the administrations to improve their roads and, therefore, their quality of life.
“This is a work coordinated with the Departmental Administration. We, as the Mayor’s Office, have arranged dump trucks with trips of material for the recovery of 37 kilometers of roads, where nearly 2 thousand machine hours will be worked,” Adriana Hernández reiterated.
“Thanks to the Mayor and the Governor, who provided the machinery for these works, today the issue of the material necessary for the improvement of our roads is resolved, not only on this path but also on the six paths of Punto Nuevo,” said Juan Leal. , president of El Amparo village.
