The government has not announced the closure of the city (some areas have entered a state of closure and control), and pregnant women have encountered difficulties in seeking medical treatment. There is no official co-ordinated medical plan that can be enforced.
Radio Free Asia reported on the 11th that the investigation found that multiple thresholds were set for citizens to seek medical treatment. While the official lack of basic overall planning and executable plans, government health departments shirk each other’s responsibilities. Authorities have failed to learn the lessons of the blood of pregnant women in Xi’an’s lockdown.
Recently, a Tianjin netizen with the online name “Miss_lala Little Lazy Cat” posted a message for help. She was 37 weeks pregnant. After repeated operations of the community and 120 series of designated programs, she was finally allowed to go to the hospital, but it took 6 hours just to wait for the nucleic acid. After finally seeing the doctor, I found that due to the epidemic control, there was no available transportation on the market. “120 will not be sent, 110, and the epidemic command center will not care.” The pregnant woman said that she was trapped in the hospital and could not return. Home, I didn’t even have a meal all day.
The pregnant woman also revealed that she did not go home until late that night, without any relevant departments contacting her during the process. When she left the hospital, pregnant women and elderly people were also forced to stay in the hospital for the same reasons.
A number of netizens who need to see a doctor left a message saying that such a dead end is almost the norm in Jinnan District, Tianjin. They worry that once a heart attack patient or mother suddenly has an emergency, such a process and tossing can completely kill people. Netizens also pointed out that Jinnan District is currently under control but not under lockdown.

The medical staff of Tianjin No. 2 Hospital said that they must have a green code and be sent by 120 before they can receive medical treatment directly. If you hold a yellow code or come from the Jinnan area that has been controlled, just from the traffic point, there may be a big problem.
The staff of the second hospital said: Can people from Jinnan District come out? What is the problem? Because the road is blocked now, if you can’t get out, it’s a waste of time. Or you can call 120 and ask directly, if you want to go to Jinnan Hospital, do you think you can consider going to Jinnan Hospital?
The Tianjin 120 Emergency Center said they did not know which hospitals would accept patients, but only sent patients to nearby hospitals based on the principle of proximity. In addition, the doctor confirmed that once a patient is sent to the hospital, if the hospital does not accept it, the patient will be in a dilemma; even if the patient is admitted, it is indeed difficult for the patient to return home after the treatment.
The Tianjin People’s Hospital office transferred the inquiry call to the Obstetrics and Gynecology Department, and asked Dr. Yuan from the department to say that if it is a yellow code, you must go to the fever clinic first, and an epidemiological investigation may be required. Only after the fever clinic is released, you can go to the obstetrics department.
The doctor said that she knew the tragedy of pregnant women who had miscarried in Xi’an. Therefore, she kindly reminded her that if the pregnant woman is really in a critical state, don’t worry about it and go directly to the emergency department. The emergency department will notify the obstetrician and she will save the person first.
During the closure of Xi’an, there have been many cases of death due to lack of access to medical treatment, causing public outrage. Tianjin has not yet announced a lockdown, but emergency medical troubles have emerged. Does the Tianjin government and health authorities have overall planning and plans?

An office worker of the Jinnan District Health and Health Commission, which is already in the controlled area, said that she only knew that if she wanted to see a doctor in an urban hospital, she would definitely not go. It said: You asked that 38-week pregnant woman needs to be checked, right? Wait a minute, I’ll ask you later. If you can’t go to the city, contact the nearby health center. You call the medical and political department and ask them.
When responding, the Tianjin Municipal Health and Health Commission said that it did not know the situation and asked the medical and political department directly. However, a person from the medical and political department of the institution said that she did not know, and she needed to ask the leader first.
The Tianjin municipal government did not respond to a request for an interview. Called the Secretariat of the General Office of the Tianjin Municipal Government several times, but the other party did not answer the phone.
Since Tianjin reported 20 local cases on January 9, new confirmed cases have continued to increase. Most of the infected people are in Jinnan District. According to official news on the 12th, on the 11th, 33 new local confirmed cases were reported in Tianjin. 3 new cases of local asymptomatic infection.
Because the CCP official has always concealed information about the epidemic, the real number of the epidemic is currently unknown to the outside world.
