Mayor of San Salvador orders sanctions against immoral acts in public squares

The mayor of San Salvador, Mario Durán, has announced that he will take severe measures against any individual who commits immoral acts in the capital’s public squares, after the dissemination of inappropriate photos of “La Romina” in Plaza Salvador del Mundo.

“As I announced a few days ago, with the case of Plaza Libertad, NO ONE can commit immoral acts in our public squares with actions that go against our Salvadoran families,” Durán declared emphatically.

The mayor has ordered all CAM (Metropolitan Agent Corps) agents to apply sanctions with all rigor to those who disturb the peace and tranquility of the community. These measures are part of the commitment of the municipal authorities to maintain a safe and respectful environment in the public squares of San Salvador.
