Municipal elections: presentation of candidates for northern Sardinia on Saturday – News

The centre-right of northern Sardinia confirms the candidacies for mayor of the rector of the Turritana University, Gavino Mariotti, in Sassari and of the former mayor and former regional councilor of FI, Marco Tedde in Alghero.

The investiture will take place on Saturday morning, with the official presentation of the candidates, at 10.30 at Villino Ricci, in SassarI.

A proclamation with the yellow Psd’Az: yesterday the sardists put themselves away from the centre-right tables, removing their support from the candidates designated by the coalition, but today in the press release which formalizes the candidacies of Mariotti and Tedde, at the bottom there is also the Quattro mori theme song.

“The Psd’Az is out of any center-right table, throughout Sardinia. No support for their candidates”, confirms the president of the Sardinian Action Party, Antonio Moro. A position denied by Gavino Mariotti: “I spoke with Moro and he assured me that the Psd’Az in Sassari has no problem remaining in the coalition”.

In Sassari, however, Sardegna Centro 20Venti remains outside the centre-right alliance without hesitation: the party led by the regional councilor Antonello Peru has embraced the cause of the civic movement which elected Nanni Campus mayor 5 years ago, and which is now running for the office of first citizen the lawyer Nicola Lucchi, current municipal councilor for urban planning.
