Stefano Triches leaves the Feltre personal services company, in his place the manager of Sersa Paolo Piazza arrives
FELTRE. The director of the Feltre company for personal services, Stefano Triches, leaves his position and the director of the Sersa di Belluno, Paolo Piazza, arrives in his place. By explicitly sanctioning the birth of an iron axis between Feltre, Cesiomaggiore and Belluno in terms of assistance and services for the elderly. The Brandalise retirement home in Feltre, the Rostirolla in Cesio and the Gaggia Lante in Belluno, will therefore be managed by a single director, Paolo Piazza.
THE FAREWELL OF TRICHES
The changing of the guard at the management of the Feltre company is the latest change in order of time after the resignation in March of Rita Mondolo, who had left after a heated confrontation with the mayors of the Consortium – those of Feltre and Cesiomaggiore – on the accrued deficit and subsequently documented in the final balance sheet at 344 thousand euros.
Triches’ resignation dates back to June but the handover was only made official yesterday by the new president of the company, Margherita Rosato.
Triches, for two years at the management, has been working in recent months on the “Nido del congedo” project, which he personally announced in July at the meeting of Mano Amica: to create a room equipped for the family members of the nursing home in Feltre. elderly man at the end of his life.
THE NOMINATION
The changing of the guard at the Feltre company and the entrusting of management to the director of Sersa in Belluno were announced yesterday by President Rosato.
“When in June we received the resignation of Stefano Triches”, he underlined, “the need arose to ensure continuity in the management of the Feltrina Company by complying with the complex regulatory and health provisions”.
“For several months already a dialogue and a comparison aimed at developing synergies between our two companies has been underway with Sersa di Belluno”, announced the president Rosato, “therefore we proposed to the sole director of Sersa and Paolo Piazza to share with we manage it, strengthening this bond ».
Piazza has been director of the Belluno company since 2019 and at the Gaggia Lante retirement home in Cavarzano, like all his colleagues in the RSA, he found himself managing the service in the midst of the Covid wave.
«These are complex years», said the new director Piazza, «in which it is necessary to combine the quality and safety of assistance to people with the frailties and social constraints that the pandemic has imposed on us. The Feltre company, thanks also to the work of its employees and collaborators, is a fundamental and reference reality for the elderly in the area. For this I thank the two municipal administrations, the mayor of Feltre and Cesiomaggiore, who together with the board of directors have trusted me. It is a great challenge and above all an honor to work with them ».
“It will be a path of reorganization and collaboration that awaits us”, continues the president Rosato, “aimed at developing together with Sersa, in the Municipalities of Belluno, Feltre and Cesiomaggiore, an organic plan of services for elderly people who know respond flexibly to their needs, with the hope that this model can be integrated or exported by other interested municipalities ».

We have been thinking about the expansion of collaborations for years, in the context of the municipalized Feltre, since the presidency of the company was Angelo Dalla Costa, who resigned in 2020, who foresaw the need for collaboration and sharing of strength between structures small and large.
