Serious ELN complaint for attack on one of its offices
The guerrilla of the National Liberation Army (ELN), which is in peace negotiations with the Colombian Government, denounced this Sunday an attack against one of its offices in Bogotá, which it attributed to “the enemies of peace.”
According to the ELN peace delegation, the attack was perpetrated on Friday against the ELN Peace Management office in Bogotá, which was “violated”, a fact about which no authority has so far stated.
“Curiously, at the same time that the mafia, the enemy of peace and transformation, threatens the popular mandate, the headquarters of the ELN Peace Management Office in Bogotá is violated. Nothing was stolen, they only turned over some offices,” the delegation said in your X account.
The ELN message adds: “Even with actions of this type, we continue to search for structural changes that make peace possible for Colombia.”
