Despite all this, Polaris “wanted to give due recognition to workers for the role played in such a difficult phase,” says Bona, “confirming the strategic role of employees also in the management of protocols against the pandemic. So the company immediately said yes to the requests of the RSU for financial recognition ».

In the meantime, from Monday the summer timetable will start at Polarsi so the shift will start at six and end it at 15 to avoid the great heat. And the company will guarantee water supplies for employees as agreed. pda
