The CPPCC Party Group Holds Special Democratic Life Meeting on Education
On January 10, the CPPCC Party Group held a special democratic life meeting on education, in line with the deployment requirements of superiors. The meeting focused on the study and implementation of Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era and the general requirements of “learning ideas, strengthening party spirit, emphasizing practice, and building new achievements”.
Dai Yuan, Secretary and Chairman of the CPPCC Party Leadership Group, presided over the meeting and delivered a speech. The meeting was prepared for diligently, with a formulated work plan and intensive study before the meeting.
At the meeting, Dai Yuan conducted a comparative inspection on behalf of the CPPCC Party Leadership Group, and led members in conducting comparative inspections. Members closely followed the theme of the meeting and found gaps in responsibility, shortcomings in work, and conducted in-depth analyses, criticisms, and self-criticisms.
In his concluding speech, Dai Yuan emphasized the need to deeply study and understand Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era, keep close to the center, and strive for practical results. He also highlighted the importance of further consolidating and expanding the results of thematic education.
Zhang Chunfu, deputy secretary of the CPPCC Party Group, and members of the Party Group including Wu Xinfa, Zhao Zhengbin, Shi Zhengda, Ge Zhijun, and Zhou Xiaohua attended the meeting. Vice Chairman of the Municipal CPPCC Zhang Jialin, Tang Huaxin, Zhu Zhengqing, and Wan Limei were also present.
The meeting was a significant platform for deepening understanding and strengthening the capacity of the CPPCC Party Group in serving high-quality development and contributing to the “all Billion City Starts Again” initiative.
