The Command of the Cesar Police Department reported on the capture in flagrante delicto for personal injuries of Marlon Stiver Veloza, through registration and identification of people and vehicles, who caused injuries to his brother with a bite on the ear in Valledupar.
The incident occurred in the area of Carrera 27 and Calle 54, of the Tierra Prometida invasion, when the victim pointed out his brother who was chasing him.
“He came after him, with a high degree of excitement, and had caused an obvious injury to his right ear with a bite,” indicates the Police report.
Due to the above, he was transferred to the URI facilities, where he must answer for the aforementioned fact and left at the disposal of the competent authority.
