The second procedure to protect the rights of children and adolescents was in the Entre Sierras closed complex, where a possible case of domestic violence, abuse and abandonment of two girls, aged 9 years and 10 months, occurred. , by her 24-year-old mother, who is accused of these events by her 34-year-old romantic partner who is a nurse. The two women mentioned above are of Venezuelan nationality.

The girls were transferred to the Rosario Pumarejo Emergency Medical Center, with the aim of activating a route for violation of rights and also carrying out the necessary procedures according to the possible case of abuse and remain under medical observation.
