TREVISO. The art history books will have to be updated after the return of the masterpiece by Tiziano Vecellio, kept in the Malinti chapel of the Treviso cathedral. The “Annunciation” was unveiled on Thursday 28 April in a crowded cathedral and rightly so because the occasion was truly unmissable, revealing the splendor of the color and light typical of the Cadore genius: the blue of the sky, the red of the drapery of the robe of Maria, the physiognomy of the architecture, the mountain landscape.
