That now, with the increase in applications for the “110 percent” bonus that clogs up the four offices of the associate (Fonzaso, Arsiè, Lamon and Sovramonte), it becomes not useful but indispensable. “It is necessary to increase the number of hours”, highlights the presidency of the Feltrina Mountain Union. Which entails, yes, a substantial outlay from the municipal coffers for current spending.

But it offers a better chance of finding a professional who is tempted to stay in the Feltre area and work for 36 hours a week. Less than this is not possible, Umf reiterates: “To cope with the exuberant demands of building practices that take advantage of the bonus, and which have practically doubled compared to the others that still lie in the municipal offices in charge, the need requires three professionals on time full, a quarter at 18 hours and a manager at 36 hours ».

In the meantime, the four municipalities linked to each other since 2018 to an associated urban planning-building that has not so far taken off as a fully operational service, must increase the number of instructors within their respective offices. But, as evidenced by the Umf presidency, this is not enough. The next step is to budget for an additional fee to “sponsor” the manager who is not there. But that must be found.

We are on the third attempt, and the first two ended without success. Or rather, there would have been applications. Three professionals had presented themselves, but one was not suitable, another had not appeared and the third candidate had made his maths by choosing another destination. The new manager would be framed with a profile of high responsibility, a profile that from a financial point of view would affect for ten thousand euros only for the role responsibility, to which must be added the charges provided for in the table. And in fact, investments in current spending by the four public bodies are much higher.

Moreover, there are too many practices and those that are added, which reveal a disservice in the face of an “encouragement” of eighty thousand euros that must be justified to the Region.

On these premises, the president of the Feltre mountain union, Federico Dalla Torre, already last spring had summoned the mayors concerned to represent the difficult situation that has now become unsustainable due to “the doubling of citizens’ requests for adaptation and renovation of their homes”.

Thus administrators are encouraged to invest more. As an example, what the mayor of Sovramonte had done at the time, if this municipality that now invests twelve thousand euros in this specific sector, would find itself spending about eight thousand euros more. The price to be paid for maintaining the associated service.

With the prospect, he has never hidden in Umf, to open to the participation and adhesion of other Municipalities, which would allow to resizere expenses for the benefit of institutions. Meanwhile, pending a possible award with the third notice that will remain published for a month, we go ahead with the signing of more managers in order to lighten the stock and dismiss the practices. However, it is a buffer solution.
