The Chinese Communist Party’s state-run Xinhua News Agency reported on July 31 that the August 1st issue of “Seeking Truth” will publish an important article by Xi Jinping, demanding that officers and soldiers always “obey the party and follow the party.”
The article stated that it is necessary to uphold the party’s fundamental principles and system of commanding guns, ensure that the army is absolutely loyal, absolutely pure, and absolutely reliable, and that the entire army will obey the command of the Party Central Committee and the Central Military Commission at all times and under any circumstances.
The Beijing authorities have repeatedly reiterated that the army must obey the party’s command, which is actually implying that the army must obey the command of Xi’s core. However, Yao Cheng, a former lieutenant colonel of the CCP’s Navy Command, revealed that the CCP’s internal fighting is fierce and everyone in the military is in danger.
