[Epoch Times, February 15, 2022]On Tuesday (February 15), the 2022 Winter Olympics entered the eleventh day, and a total of 231 medals were decided, including 77 gold medals, 77 silver medals and 77 bronze medals.
According to the current statistics, Norway ranks first with 12 gold medals, Germany still ranks second with 8 gold medals, and the United States is still close behind with 7 gold medals.
On Tuesday, nine gold medals were awarded at the Winter Olympics. Here is the list of gold medal winners:
Alpine skiing:Switzerland’s Corinne Suter won the women’s downhill competition;
Biathlon:The Norwegian team won the men’s 4×7.5km relay championship;
Snowmobile:Germany’s Francesco Friedrich and Thorsten Margis won the men’s double snowmobile race;
Freestyle skiing:Switzerland’s Mathilde Gremaud won gold in the women’s freestyle steeplechase competition;
Nordic two:Norway’s Jørgen Graabak won the individual-ski jumping/cross-country skiing 10km race;
Snowboarding:Austria’s Anna Gasser won the women’s big platform championship; China’s Su Yiming won the men’s big platform championship;
Speed Skating:Canada and Norway won the women’s team pursuit and the men’s team pursuit, respectively.
