Florence, 3 June 2022 – For the mega concert of Firenze from Vasco Rossi the fans arrived from all over Italy, the first ones already on June 2nd, while in the afternoon the Cascine park swarms with people, braving the suffocating heat. Scarves, t-shirts and gadgets: everyone wants a souvenir of the Kom in Florence. Groups of friends, mothers with children, couples and families: there are no age or gender limits among Vasco’s fans who, while waiting for the evening, sing the greatest hits – from ‘Vivere’ to ‘stupendo’ passing through ‘ Rewind ‘- and with stadium choirs they repeat “Vasco, Vasco, Vasco”.

Already at 17.30 the Visarno was full, under the overcast sky of Florence thousands endure the sultry heat and await the start of the concert. Vasco is ready to inflame the 63,000 fans who can’t wait to enjoy his songs in Florence. The lineup is full of news and surprises: the songs oflatest album there are almost all of them, the first is ‘XI comandamento’ and the last is the title track ‘We are here’. The others are distributed along the two and a half hours in concert, in the first ten the hit ‘The rain on Sunday’ and the rock of the fluid ‘L’amore amore’.

On the gigantic stage designed by Giò Forma (as high as a 9-storey building, 90 meters wide and 26 deep) raids with unsheathed guitars, horns that invite you to have fun, the latest novelty of this year are congas and timbales that give an Afro flavor to arrangements. To access the Visarno Arena in Florence they are provided six different entrances (the ticket shows the dedicated entrance). On viale degli Olmi: Red entrance, Yellow entrance, Silver entrance; piazza Puccini: Orange entrance; piazzale delle Cascine: Blue entrance, Green entrance.
Tickets are names but those who have not been able to make the change within the predetermined period of 15 days prior to the date of the concert, can go directly at the entrance on the day of the concert, with the delegation of the ticket holder (printed or digital), to receive assistance from the staff directly dedicated to assigned entrance gate and thus have access to the show. The box officelocated in the piazzale delle Cascine will open at 15.30.
The whole area of the Cascine park will be off limits to traffic with exemption for i means of invalids equipped with a badge that will be able to access the area from via del Barco and park in the dedicated area at piazzale delle Cascine.
To get to the Visarno Arena i public transport, especially trams and buses. The line T1 connects the central railway station Santa Maria Novella with the town of Scandicci. The stops’Cascine‘ e ‘Paolo Uccello‘are only a 5 minute walk from the main entrances. The line T2 it connects the Smn railway station with the Vespucci di Peretola airport and the Firenze Nord exit of the motorway. Those who use the T2 line must get off at the stop San Donato: this solution is recommended for ticket holders with Blue, Orange, Green admission. There tram will be in operation until 2 at nightafter the concert with an enhanced service.
By bus, however, the reference lines to get to the Visarno Arena are the line 17the line 30the line 35the line 55the line 56.
For those arriving in auto i are recommended parking exchanges located along the tramway T2 (Guidoni, Palace of Justice and the park under the Coop-Virgin-The Space shopping center) or the parking Villa Costanza along the A1 motorway.

The sales ban e consumption drinks in glass containers, a ban that will also be repeated for the other concerts from 9 to 3 the following day. It is allowed to enter the Visarno Arena with alcohol-free drinks in plastic bottles not larger than 0.5 liters provided they do not have a cap. Inside, therefore, they are prohibited glass bottles, metal cans or flasks.
