Microsoft to Launch All-White Xbox Series X: Spy Photos Revealed
Microsoft is reportedly gearing up to release a new version of the popular Xbox Series X console, this time featuring an all-white design similar to the Series S. Gaming website eXputer has shared spy photos of the sleek white Xbox Series X, claiming it to be the digital version of the console.
While the overall design of the white Xbox Series X appears similar to its black counterpart, there are a few noticeable differences. The most significant change is the absence of a built-in optical disc drive, indicating that this version will be digital-only. Additionally, internal specifications are said to be nearly identical to the regular Series X, but the digital version may come equipped with an upgraded radiator for improved heat dissipation.
Although Microsoft has not officially announced the launch of a digital version of the Series X, recent documents revealed during a US Federal Trade Commission hearing hint at a new color variant and a disc-drive-free Xbox model. With cost savings achieved by removing the disc drive, it is expected that the white Xbox Series X digital edition may be priced lower than the current regular Xbox Series X.
Fans of the iconic gaming console are eagerly awaiting more information on the upcoming release. Stay tuned for updates on the new all-white Xbox Series X.
