After more than twelve years as coach of SC Freiburg, Christian Streich announced his departure in the summer. This is not unexpected for Martin Braun.
In an emotional video message, Christian Streich announced on Monday that he would be ending his role as coach of SC Freiburg in the summer with a “very heavy heart.” After 29 years at the club, it was time for him to pass on the baton. In the past, it was always important to him “not to miss the moment when it was time to go.”
