BERLIN. A 13-year-old boy allegedly killed a homeless man at the port of Dortmund. This was announced by the police and the Prosecutor’s Office as reported today by the Dpa agency, specifying that a mobile phone video shows how the boy allegedly hit the man with a knife last night.
The autopsy revealed that the victim, a 31-year-old, was killed by multiple stab wounds. It is certain “that the fatal stabbings were inflicted by one of the children under the age of criminal responsibility”, the authorities declared.
