After more than ten years the skiing accident in Meribel that turned his life upside down, news regarding Michael Schumacher’s current condition is still very little. In fact, only rarely has anyone from the very small circle of people that his wife Corinna allows to see the seven-time Formula 1 world champion missed some little information on the state of health of the former German pilot nor even on the care he received, slightly tearing that apart wall of silence erected by the family.

Ten years later, however, an answer seems to have finally arrived: there would be a secret pact stipulated between all the main German television broadcasters which would prohibit them from revealing any details regarding Michael Schumacher’s personal sphere. A deal, kept hidden for an entire decade, which became public knowledge due to the very recent ‘Cora case’ broke out in Germany.

Ralf Schumacher’s ex-wifebrother of the Ferrari legend and also a former Formula 1 driver, Cora-Caroline Brinkmann, famous German model and television presenter, has in fact the very famous German reality show ‘Ich bin ein Star’ left after just three days (in which a group of VIPs must survive in the jungle) of the RTL network (the largest private broadcaster in Europe) officially for health reasons (“A strong cough“).

This discovered truth, however, led journalists from the German newspaper Bild to ask themselves another question: why should the producers of a television program be afraid of revelations about Michael Schumacher that would certainly increase the audience?
