Tickets crossing Merak Harbor to Bakauheni, Lampung for departure going home Eid on April 6-8 2024 has ended.
This means that people who want to go home via Merak Harbor can no longer travel back to their hometowns on that date.
People who have already had to endure the journey back and forth to Merak Harbor will certainly not be able to board the ship to cross to Bakauheni Harbor.

“Currently all ticket sales have been sold out for all groups, express terminals and regular terminals,” said Shelvy Arifin, Corsec PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry, at Merak Executive Pier, Saturday, (6/4).
Tickets are available only at Ciwandan Harbor, Cilegon, Banten. So, only motorbike travelers can continue their journey home from Java to Sumatra.
“Currently, 30 percent of two-wheeled vehicles at Ciwandan Port are still available because 70 percent have been sold,” he explained.
Homecomers are expected to be able to arrange their travel schedule, so that they do not get stuck in traffic jams or are unable to cross when they arrive at Merak Harbor. Because crossing tickets can only be ordered in the early hours of April 9 2024.
Every day, Merak Port only sells around 24 thousand crossing tickets to Bakauheni Port, Lampung.
“If the ticket quota we have prepared is 24 thousand vehicles, then from today to Monday it is around 50 thousand. So our ticket sales capacity is 50 thousand in two days,” he explained.
