USA, we do not block agricultural equipment sales in Moscow
The United States announced today that it will not prevent the sale of agricultural equipment to Russia, disproving Moscow’s allegations that Western sanctions and not the invasion of Ukraine are causing the global food crisis. The US Treasury Department said it will not stop transactions related to the production, sale or transport of agricultural equipment while also explaining that it has not blocked the sale of agricultural products such as fertilizers, medical devices and tests for Covid-19. “US sanctions against Russia in response to its unprovoked and unjustified war against Ukraine do not hinder trade in agriculture and medical products,” a note from the Treasury Department reads. “Putin strangled food and agricultural production and used food as a weapon of war by destroying storage, processing and testing facilities; stealing grain and agricultural equipment and effectively blocking the ports of the Black Sea ”, he stresses.

Kiev: at least 23 people died in the Russian attack on Vinnytsia
Ukrainian officials say Russian missiles that hit the central Ukrainian city Vinnytsia killed at least 23 people and injured more than 100 others, including children, with dozens missing. Officials say cruise missiles fired from a Russian ship into the Black Sea hit a medical center, shops and residential buildings in the southwestern city of Kiev. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy accuses Russia of intentionally aiming missiles at civilians and has repeated his call for Russia to be declared a sponsor of terrorism. A military analyst said Thursday’s attack mirrors precedents on residential areas that Moscow has launched “to try to pressure Kiev to make some concessions.”
