NEW YORK – They enter the power plants, they don’t take anything away, but they devastate the plants, unleash fires and cause blackouts in vast areas. The latest attack took place in Washington State, where four plants were targeted on Christmas Day. The blitz left more than 30,000 people without heat and electricity on 25 December.
