The Shanghai Stock Exchange Index has experienced a 2.75% increase this week, while the Shenzhen Stock Exchange Component Index fell 0.28%, and the ChiNext Index fell 1.92%. As investors look ahead to next week, major institutions have provided their latest investment strategies to guide decision-making.

CITIC Strategy emphasized the improvement in policies and an expected market rebound trading window. Quasi-“levelling” funds are expected to break negative feedback, providing relief from snowball knock-in and quantitative liquidation pressure. Additionally, the focus will be on low dividends of central enterprises and high dividend sectors as well as opportunities for blue-chip companies with outstanding valuations.

Monarch Strategy mentioned the momentum of the “red envelope market” before the Spring Festival but cautioned investors not to chase the rise. They anticipate a mid-term bottom that needs to be consolidated.

Shenwan Hongyuan Strategy pointed out the dominance of high-dividend style and recommended that investors pay attention to investment opportunities in this area.

Huaan Strategy believes that the market will continue to show a volatile trend and that improvement in fundamentals or increased policy intensity is needed for a sustained rebound.

Zhongtai Strategy views the recent RRR cut as positive for the policy of stabilizing growth and anticipates the release of a greater positive effect on economic operations. They recommend paying attention to securities companies with consolidation expectations for investment opportunities.

GF Strategy highlighted the high positions maintained by public funds and its impact on the A-share market, suggesting that even with high positions, there may be medium-level rebound opportunities.

Industrial Securities Strategy focused on the TMT sector, which they expect to set sail again in February with the layout of “Five Golden Flowers” on the left.

In terms of investment strategy, the emphasis was on how to choose an industry after the market bottoms out and the industries that have performed better at the industry level in previous large-scale rebounds.

Haitong Strategy discussed the policies issued by multiple departments and how they could become effective at the beginning of the year, noting that the market is likely at the bottom area and that continued policy efforts could catalyze the start of the market.

Although the market has experienced fluctuations, investors are advised to carefully consider these strategies and conduct thorough research before making any investment decisions.
