Simone Dominici is the new CEO of Kiko. Dominici has extensive high-profile international experience in the consumer, luxury, beauty and retail sectors, having worked for leading global industry groups over the past thirty years, in six countries and three continents.

He began his career at Unilever until he held the position of vice president of the Food Italy Business Unit, then became general manager of Coin Department store and, subsequently, executive vice president global markets of Bottega Veneta, with responsibilities in Europe, America and Asia. Since 2018 in Coty, first in Geneva and then at the headquarters in Amsterdam, Dominici has contributed to strengthening performance at EMEA as executive vice president for Europe, the Middle East and Africa, with responsibility for both the consumer and prestige divisions, also covering the role of head of global revenue management, accelerating the creation of sustainable value.
