Ingredients:
Wash lamb’s lettuce thoroughly, as soil usually still sticks to it. Then put all the ingredients in a blender and blend on high. Pour the smoothie into a glass and decorate with some freshly picked daisies.
Tipp:
Flaxseed oil is so healthy that some people drink a tablespoon of it every morning. I’ve also tried it pure and find it takes some getting used to. But maybe you will discover one at your trusted dealer that is not quite as dark yellow but a little lighter. That’s not quite as strong as it is. In any case, the taste is lost in the smoothie, it makes the combination rounder and binds well.
