It will be an evening dedicated to the best of Italian innovation and beyond: Thursday 9 December at the Milan Triennale comes “Italian Tech Award”, The evening event organized by 2031, with the collaboration of Italian Tech, the hub of the GEDI group dedicated to the topics of technology, future and innovation.

The “Italian Tech Award” will allow dozens of startups to transform their idea into a real business, thanks to a prize pool of over one million euros and dozens of investments that the 2031 association, formerly the Gaetano Marzotto Award, collects for years.

In addition to the 18 awards promoted by 2031 and aimed at the best Italian startups, during the evening theItalian Tech Person of the Year, the person who in 2021 used technology in the best way to realize his dream and create a positive impact on society. On stage there will be the 4 finalists with the winner who will be voted live by the audience present, by the viewers in streaming and by a technical jury of innovators. The list of candidates consists of: Giuseppe Virgone CEO of PagoPA, Luca Travaglini Chairman and Co-CEO of Planet Farms, Alessio Lorusso Roboze Founder and CEO, Enrica Arena President, BoD e Co-Founder di Orange Fiber.

There will be the meetings that will involve entrepreneurs, large companies and innovation professionals Riccardo Luna, director of Italian Tech e Christian Seganfreddo, president of 2031.

The event will be broadcast in live streaming, accessible to all, starting at 7 pm on the Repubblica and Italian Tech homepages.
