Cdm postponed to 5.30 pm: aid bonus filings on bonus 200 euros and Superbonus 110 (fourth assignment of credit to bank customers)

The Council of Ministers, expected in the late morning, was postponed to 17.30. It is learned from government sources. Meanwhile, it is confirmed that, in the CDM in question, there will be a further passage of the aid dl approved last Monday, to define the norm on the bonus of 200 euros for workers and retirees with income up to 35 thousand euros. The standard, according to the same sources, has passed into the Cdm without being defined in the writing of the text, for this reason we are working in these hours to detail its contents, especially as regards the timing and the advance by the employer. The Minister of Economic Development Giancarlo Giorgetti, guest of the Messaggero MoltoEconomia event, also spoke on the issue of the 200 euro bonus: “In the last decree a signal was given for families and for low and medium-low incomes, the bonus, that some may consider ridiculous, is a signal ».
The 200 euro bonus
The government is working on some filings on the aid decree. In particular, according to what is learned, an in-depth study is underway regarding the mechanism for obtaining the 200 euro bonus provided for by the text for those who have an annual income of less than 35 thousand euros for self-employed workers. The decree should provide for the allocation of a fund to this category and then the technical specifications for allocating the allowance to workers will be found. The text, on the other hand, should provide for the exclusion of those who receive citizenship income from obtaining the € 200 bonus provided for those with an income of less than € 35,000 per year.
Superbonus issue 110
It is one of the most controversial issues between the government and the majority itself. Prime Minister Draghi, while contesting the provision, underlined “that the work in Parliament is going on”. Between in points, after the extension of the deadline for presenting 30% of the works no longer by June but by the end of September for single-family homes, there is the question of the assignment of credits, now stopped at three steps. Government sources confirm that on the issue the executive is thinking of an expansion to bank customers as regards the fourth assignment of credit. This is a fundamental node because it could help to unblock the credit system, even if it is not certain that it will be enough to ease the situation since many institutions already do not accept credit for reaching capacity.
