Heilongjiang Public Security Department and Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau Deliver Safety Law Education at Harbin Jiangyan Primary School
On the 28th, the Heilongjiang Provincial Public Security Department and the Harbin Municipal Public Security Bureau visited Harbin Jiangyan Primary School to kick off the new semester with a safety law education lesson for teachers and students. The initiative aimed to raise awareness about safety laws through various engaging forms.
Given the seasonal characteristics of the Northeast, Heilongjiang Province is currently experiencing the spring thaw period, where the alternating freezing and thawing of ice surfaces pose a risk for people and vehicles falling into rivers. The police emphasized ice surface safety as a focal point of law dissemination, urging teachers and students to be cautious. In addition to this, educational materials on fraud prevention, traffic safety, and other relevant topics were creatively presented in the form of cartoons, videos, and other courseware, making it easier for students to comprehend and accept the information.
Feedback from teachers and students at Harbin Jiangyan Primary School highlighted a positive response to the safety law education activity, with increased legal awareness and prevention measures being implemented. This initiative is seen as a step towards building a “law-based campus” and creating a safe and stable environment for learning.
As schools resume for the new academic year, public security agencies across Heilongjiang Province are conducting various safety law education activities on campuses. By customizing these initiatives based on individual school requirements, the goal is to maximize the enhancement of safety awareness among teachers and students.
The video footage from the Provincial Public Security Department showcases the impactful safety law education efforts aimed at creating a safer school environment.
