According to a Fujian official report on September 19, at 24:00 on the 18th, there were 43 new local cases in the mainland, including 39 in Xiamen and 4 in Putian.
The previous day’s report stated that at 24:00 on the 17th, 31 new local confirmed cases were confirmed in Fujian Province, including 21 cases in Putian City, 8 cases in Xiamen City, and 2 cases in Zhangzhou City.
From September 10 to September 18, Fujian Province has reported a total of 335 local confirmed cases.

Xianyou County has become one of the hardest-hit areas in this round of the epidemic in Fujian. Li Ting said that she returned to Beijing Sport University from Xianyou County on September 4. After the outbreak in Putian was reported, she was quarantined from September 12 (last Sunday). The isolated hotel is next to the school. “We pack our things and wear masks to the school door. We will be quarantined for 21 days.” She said that all those who returned to the school from Xianyou County were required to be quarantined for three weeks.
Li Ting said that about 40 people in her group said they were quarantined, including those in the Putian area, as well as those in Xiamen and Quanzhou. People in areas outside of Xianyou County were required to quarantine for 14 days.
Li Ting said that she is more worried about her family. Basically, people in my hometown have done 5 to 10 nucleic acid tests. Do it every other day or two. The child is also asked to do it.
