Even with more than one contradiction that, in some cases, will force a sort of gymkana who – with or without a Pass – will find himself wanting to access places or activities perhaps in the same square, outdoors or indoors. With checks that will be entrusted to the managers of the premises who however – and this is the first contradiction – do not intend to ask customers for identity documents.

Check in the restaurant

But what is the use of verifying with the app that the customer’s QR Code is valid if then no one checks that the identity that comes out is that of the person sitting at the table? The decree establishing the Green Pass places the obligation on the managers of the activities to verify the possession of the document but only provides for the possibility of requesting the Green Pass from the customer.
Double track outdoors
A nice outdoor table of friends who are not vaccinated and without a mask, yes, a film under the stars, with reduced capacity, no mask and distance is required. It is one of the biggest contradictions of the decree that makes the managers of arenas, places of culture, cinema, shows turn up their noses. To participate in any activity in one of these places, even outdoors, you need the Green Pass while, always outdoors, you can freely sit at the table in bars, restaurants, pizzerias.
Hotel (partly) without pass
Indoors, seated at the table, on the other hand, for any restaurant business it is necessary to have the green certification. Except in company canteens, but above all except in accommodation facilities where you can continue to access freely. Therefore, no Green Pass to go to the hotel where (but only the customers who stay there) you can also freely use the internal rooms for breakfast, lunch and dinner. But instead you will have to get the certification if you want to access the wellness center or the indoor pool available to the structure.
Customers yes, waiters no
Therefore, those who will sit at the table in an indoor venue must have the Green Pass but know that those who will serve it may not have it. At the moment, in fact, the same obligation has not been envisaged for workers or managers of activities in which there is an obligation of green certification. And in the same premises, but for a quick drink at the counter, no certification.
The transport mess
August will fly away without further restrictions, but from September to get on airplanes and trains (even with filters for air exchange), ferries and long-distance buses, the Pass will be required. On city buses, subways and regional trains, free gatherings without a Green Pass. Given the impossibility of controlling who goes up and who goes down, the obligation would be useless.
