The 100 best shots exhibited

The 56th edition of the Wildlife Photographer of the Year exhibition at Forte di Bard has been extended. The exhibition linked to the most important recognition in the world dedicated to nature photography promoted by the Natural History Museum in London will last until 3 October instead of ending on 31 August.

«On display – recalls the Forte di Bard Association -, in the rooms of the cellars of the fortress, the one hundred best images selected from the 49,000 shots from photographers from all over the world, evaluated by an international jury of esteemed experts and nature photographers. The photographs immortalize nature and animals not only in their beauty and diversity, but also in their fragility and underline the importance of defending and safeguarding our planet ».
