Twenty-year-old from Belluno arrested after a robbery in Conegliano

The young man was placed under house arrest following a custody order. The arrest could be related to the drug arrest a few days earlier

BELLUNO. Away robbery in Conegliano: arrested in Belluno. Giulio Cela, 20, originally from Albania, but a long-time resident in the city with his family, has been under house arrest for a couple of days, in execution of a precautionary custody order, issued by the Treviso preliminary investigation judge . It must have been the Coneglianese carabinieri who carried it out, in reality it was the turn of his mountain colleagues. The suspect, for the hypothesis of the crime of improper robbery, did not go through either the Treviso prison of Santa Bona or the city prison of Baldenich. He was brought directly home and from there he will not be able to move or communicate with the outside world, unless authorized by the judiciary.

It is possible that his defender – ex officio or trusted as he is – asks for an alternative measure, in the meantime not much leaks from the investigative shirts. In recent days, Cela was in Conegliano and it is in that city that he decided to rob a passerby, depriving him of the values ​​he had with him, probably with the help of an accomplice. A theft with tear, before the escape, of which the loot has not been precisely quantified. In recent times, there have been several episodes of this kind in the Prosecco capital and the phenomenon is becoming increasingly alarming.

The military investigations made use of a precise description by the victim and images from the video surveillance cameras and were very fast. Within a couple of days, the investigators arrived in Cela and, in the following hours, the custody order was issued, which was carried out.

The only indiscretion that emerges is that the arrest of Cela could be in some way connected with that, in the previous days, of Francesco Dall’O ‘, the same age stopped by the police, at the Belluno exit of the A27 motorway, even though having tried to evade control. The agents found in his car over three ounces of cocaine, two pills of ecstasy and a thousand euros in cash. All of this had been hidden under the mat, placed in front of the passenger seat.

In the home search, a precision slingbar and a vacuum packaging machine will be found and seized. Dall’O ‘, who was due to attend a court hearing the next day, is also under house arrest. Developments after these two arrests are not excluded.
