VALLO DELLA LUCANIA – Indictment for three defendants with two acquittals for the investigation on the Salerno ASL managers: the gup Maria Zambrano issued a decree that orders the trial next September for Massimo Cobellis, owner of the medical center of Vallo della Lucania, Giovanna Manzo of the Dell’Angelo center in Pontecagnano, Antonia Scaramuzza, of the programming and client control service and of the ASL information system.
The magistrate postponed the decision for Maria Anna Fiocco, ASL manager, who submitted a request for probation, with the non-place to proceed instead decided for Domenico Verrengia of the homonymous cardiological diagnostic center Verrengia of Salerno and the acquittal of Aniello Renzullo, entrepreneur owner of the Lars rehabilitation center in Sarno. For all the suspects, the crime hypothesis is corruption, with an initial involvement of 34 suspects, with subsequent excerpts and filings.
