Vittorio Veneto, repeaters repaired: stop the blackout of the Rai channels

VITTORIO VENETO. Rai channels obscured in a large part of the city, in large areas of the Vittoriese, the Quartier del Piave and even the Coneglianese? In a few days they will be visible again. The reconstruction of the “tower” on Col Visentin, which houses the television signal antenna, is completed and therefore the citizens of the Vittoriese will soon be back to receive a clear signal and to use the public service.

This was announced by the honorable Angela Colmellere, a Treviso deputy of the Lega, who had presented a question to the Rai Supervisory Commission in June to understand the status of the work on the repeater and ask for the guarantee of a timely signal for the residents of Val Lapisina in particular, from Longhere al Fadalto, but also of San Giacomo di Veglia in Vittorio. Protests had arisen both from the municipal administration and from the District Council of the Val Lapisina. A collection of signatures was also taken. The darkening not of all the canals at the same time, but alternating one or the other, was heavy right at the foot of the Visentin, in Longhere, precisely, as in Savassa, San Floriano, Nove, Fadalto. Serravalle herself complained of “the black screen”. But, beware, similar problems persist along the valley and even further south, towards Conegliano.

“I was interested from the first moment in this disservice. Today I can announce that the adjustments are also proceeding to the antennas of Cison, Val Lapisina and Madonna della Salute, with the signal available in a few days. In this way the area of ​​Vittoriese and Quartier del Piave will be completed after the damage in Vaia and after the switch-off in March », explains Colmellere.
