We will travel around Slovakia with the discussion How to save democracy

Denník N will regularly organize a series of discussions on How to save democracy throughout Slovakia until the elections.

In debates, Martin M. Šimečka, Marián Leško, Matúš Kostolný and Michal Vašečka regularly discuss the current political situation before the elections and analyze the scenarios that may arise after them.

In addition to Bratislava, we have already discussed once in Košice and before the elections we would like to visit all regional cities, Prague and Brno. Discussions in Trenčín, Trnava and Brno are already on sale, the entrance fee is the same 12 euros and there are still a few left last tickets also for Thursday’s discussion in Bratislava.

The entrance fee for club subscribers of Denník N is 5 euros.

The discussion in Trenčín will take place on Friday, June 2 at the Piano Club, in Trnava it will take place at the Hviezda Cinema on Monday, June 5, and in Brno on Thursday, June 22 at the University Cinema Scala.

“There is really a lot at stake in these elections, and we realize that it is not enough just to write about the situation. That’s why we decided to go around Slovakia and have a discussion. It is one of the privileges of democracy and I believe that people do not want to lose it,” says the editor-in-chief of Denník N Matúš Kostolný.

Denník N also broadcasts discussions from Bratislava’s DPOH theater live, and at the same time we publish them as a regular podcast In the editorial office. We will not broadcast discussions from other places, and there will not be a podcast from them either.

There will be a discussion in Bratislava on June 21, September 27 and October 2, that is, on the Monday after the elections, when we will already know whether democracy was saved or not. Tickets will gradually go on sale and we will also broadcast these discussions live and there will also be a podcast or video on YouTube.
