When they received $15 million in extortion, the Police captured them in Yopal – news

The Planning Director of Yopal, Claudia Patricia Cárdenas, indicated that the developers of the 32 settlements that were legalized by the Mayor’s Office during the previous period must comply with the differential schemes and to do so they have a period of 2 years, otherwise administrative legalization acts could be revoked.

He added that a control, monitoring and surveillance group was created, which is following up on these legalizations, and in 4 of those settlements that have already been visited, they have not started the process.

“It is a work that has been done with the Ministry of Infrastructure, we are also making the legal and juridical requirement of each one, because they have a period of two years to comply with what they committed to,” the official explained.

Beware of a new Blessing

Cárdenas Vera also referred to the call that former mayor JJ Torres has been making to acquire a property where a project for 10 thousand families would be developed, which he has been pointing out through his social networks.

“I want to invite the community in general, because we already suffered a process that was with La Bendiciones, where we have carried out a process of around 10 or 12 years legalizing, where in the end with these properties it was up to the same administration to go to their pocket to buy these properties and begin a process that has not yet been completed,” said the Planning Director.
