2. Requirements for the qualifications of bidders:
The bidding requires bidders to meet the following requirements:
1. The enterprise has the qualifications of an independent legal person and obtains the business license of the enterprise legal person.
2. The enterprise is a fire-fighting technical service organization that meets the requirements for fire-fighting equipment maintenance and testing services issued by the Ministry of Emergency Management.
3. The enterprise has the financial and accounting statements of the enterprise for 2020 (if the bidder is not established in the required year, the financial and accounting statements since its establishment shall be provided).

5.
