Finnish brand Polar has recently unveiled its latest sports watch, the Grit X2 Pro, targeting off-road users with its rugged design and advanced features. This outdoor sports watch, built to meet MIL-STD-810H standards and withstand temperatures as low as minus 20 degrees, has replaced the Vantage V3 model and now features an AMOLED screen for improved clarity and performance.

Despite its large 48mm surface, the Grit X2 Pro weighs just 79 grams, making it lightweight and comfortable to wear during outdoor activities. The watch’s front shell is made of stainless steel with a raised edge design to protect the touch screen, while the scratch-resistant sapphire crystal glass surface is stronger than previous models.

The Grit X2 Pro is equipped with Polar’s Elixir sensing technology, offering fourth-generation optical heart rate tracking, wrist-based ECG testing, SpO2 blood oxygen monitoring, and skin temperature monitoring. With dual-frequency GPS support for over 150 sports tracking activities, this watch also features functions such as running power, VAM and ascent speed metrics, as well as training and sleep analysis tools.

One of the standout features of the Grit X2 Pro is its impressive battery life, lasting up to 140 hours in energy-saving training mode and 43 hours in performance training mode. The watch also boasts 32GB of built-in storage for training data, maps, and offline routes. Additionally, a titanium version of the Grit X2 Pro is available, featuring an aviation-grade titanium front shell for added durability.

The Grit X2 Pro is currently available for pre-order on the Polar official website, priced at US$749.95 for the standard version and US$869.95 for the titanium version. The watch will be officially released to the public on April 3.
