An Israeli security guard was seriously injured by a car thrown into the Jabara (Te’enim) checkpoint near Tulkarem in the West Bank.
The defense ministry defined the attack as an act of terrorism whose perpetrator, a 16-year-old Palestinian boy – Muhammad Nadal Yunis from Nablus – was killed by the reaction of the security forces.
The Israeli was taken to hospital with severe injuries to his head, chest and limbs. This is the third attack after the two in Jerusalem in recent days.
