Fedriga, mission to the USA. 'Development in research and commerce' - Medicine

(ANSA) – TRIESTE, 07 JUNE – “Strengthening the opportunities for commercial relations and relationships in the world of research between Friuli Venezia Giulia and the United States in order to increase the possibilities for international collaboration that our companies have”. This is the purpose of the mission to the United States of the Governor of the Fvg Region Massimiliano Fedriga, as he himself indicated, shortly after his arrival in Boston yesterday where he will stay for a few days.

The mission program also includes a visit to Bio International Convention 2023 (until 8 June), the largest trade fair in the world on life sciences, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, innovation and research, where Fvg is present with a large participation , that is, almost all the research centers of the region. Meetings are also scheduled with representatives of Eni, Enel and the pharmaceutical giant Novartis. Fedriga will also see US realities already encountered in previous missions.

“The Bio fair – he explained – is an opportunity to make Friuli Venezia Giulia known, to make its realities known”. The visit also includes institutional commitments: Fedriga will meet the Italian ambassador in Washington, Mariangela Zappia, the Italian consul in Boston, Arnaldo Minuti, the heads of the Boston municipality and some deputies from the state of Massachusetts.
