On the other hand, to mitigate excessive sweating there are foods that should be avoided. First of all the garlic and onion. Their aroma is transferred to the sweat often causing unpleasant odors. As well as excess salt stimulates the body to increase sweating. Therefore we should reduce the consumption of cured meats and packaged foods, which are very rich in this ingredient. We must also dispel the myth that an ice cold beer is a cure-all in the summer. In fact, alcohol is a vasodilator. It therefore promotes the increase in body temperature and consequently increases sweating.
