The regional administration is preparing the tender for the management of the restaurant located in the Porta Praetoria of Aosta. The councilor for finance reported this in recent days to the Valle Council by answering the question time of the Pour l’Autonomie group.
“The concession to the Vecchia Aosta Srl company expired on 31 December 2019 and the concessionaire returned the premises in February 2021,” explained the commissioner. “With a view to reopening the activities of the historic building in the shortest possible time, the competent structure is already preparing the tender for the award of the concession” of premises, furnishings and equipment for catering.
The documents will come to the attention of the regional government “in one of its next sessions”.
The tender “is part of one of the main activities for the enhancement of a valuable area of the regional heritage”.
