Wang Chen led the law enforcement inspection team to Wuhan, Xiangyang and other places to conduct inspections and listened to reports on the implementation of the Solid Waste Law in Hubei Province. In the GEM Wuhan Urban Mineral Recycling Industrial Park, check the dismantling of end-of-life motor vehicles and the processing and treatment of scrap metal to understand the effectiveness of promoting resource recycling. In Wuhan Green Power Renewable Energy Company and Jingbangda Supply Chain Technology Company, we respectively inspected the progress made in waste incineration power generation, express packaging reduction and recyclable work. Wang Chen pointed out that Hubei Province puts the prevention and control of solid waste pollution at an important position, adheres to the principles of solid waste reduction, resource utilization and harmlessness, strengthens supervision and management in accordance with the law, and steadily promotes resource conservation and recycling, and has achieved positive results. But at the same time, there are still problems and shortcomings, such as lagging in the construction of environmental infrastructure, low proportion of large industrial solid wastes such as phosphogypsum, and high difficulty.
