With EasyScan, the IT law firm recently rolled out a fully automated, intuitive website scanner for its clients for analyzing the website under data protection law and automatically creating a legally compliant data protection declaration based on this. It is a complete in-house development of the IT law firm.
EasyScan searches the client’s website or online shop for services and tools relevant to data protection law – with just a few clicks.
After that, EasyScan not only lists the services and tools found, but also carries out a risk assessment for each one. This means that EasyScan will explain to you whether and how the service/tool found can be integrated in a data protection-compliant manner.
But that’s not all: EasyScan already largely preconfigures the data protection declaration for websites / online shops based on the knowledge gained during the scan. This promises a significant reduction in workload and time savings for you while at the same time gaining legal certainty.
Once set up, EasyScan can also automatically carry out follow-up scans of the website / shop if desired. This happens once a week. EasyScan automatically checks for you whether services/tools have been added or removed from your website. If new / discontinued services / tools are found, you will be informed by email and receive a new configuration proposal for your data protection declaration.

What are we about?

What can EasyScan do?
The following functions are currently available to all clients with EasyScan when using the German, English and French data protection declaration(s) for websites and online shops:

• Possibility to set up regular, weekly website scans

What special advantages do I have with EasyScan?
EasyScan builds the bridge for you from the specialized, legal expertise of the IT law firm to the technical specifics of your website.
